Stitch Evolution agrees to provide embroidery digitizing, vector artwork, image editing, virtual samples, logo design, marketing materials design, order management, and digital archiving services to customers during the term of this agreement, all accessible through our online portal. Customers may submit orders online or through other available methods, with each submission constituting a valid and binding order. Billing will follow the published price list on our website, and Stitch Evolution reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

Stitch Evolution will generate and send an invoice to customers only when the order has been completed and delivered. Orders will be billed according to the quoted price or as stated on the website. Special pricing or promotions may be available for high-volume orders. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and other payment methods listed in the payment section.

Stitch Evolution may authorize your credit card for $1 for validation purposes on your first purchase. This authorization is not a charge and will be removed from your billing statement within one cycle. Periodically, Stitch Evolution may resubmit your card for the $1 authorization to ensure the credit card remains valid. As mentioned, the $1 authorization will be removed from your statement within one billing cycle.

Periodically, Stitch Evolution may provide customers with forms, templates, models, and support guides to assist with marketing, selling, and ordering our services. Stitch Evolution retains all rights of ownership to these tools in both their original and modified formats. The use of these tools is granted to you under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Customers should not use these tools in connection with products or services offered by any other outsourced graphic design or marketing services. Customers agree to return all licensed tools upon termination of this agreement.

Stitch Evolution strives to provide fast and accurate deliveries of orders to customers. However, the final responsibility lies with the customer, and Stitch Evolution shall not be held liable for any problems, damages, or issues arising from delays or inaccuracies.

All materials on this website (including information, text, blogs, designs, artworks, appearances, and photographs) are owned and/or licensed by Stitch Evolution. Reproduction of any material, in part or in whole, is strictly prohibited.

At Stitch Evolution, we go to great lengths to ensure the best quality service and products for customer satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with our product or service, we offer an unconditional 7-day money-back guarantee.

All orders, quotes, and vectors placed with us will be delivered via electronic mail (email) or uploaded on the Stitch Evolution website. If physical delivery is requested, air or ground courier services will be used, with charges added to the customer’s bill. Some of our terms and conditions include the following.

A customer can cancel his/her order within 12 hours of the actual time of order placement. Once 12 hours pass by, the order can’t be cancelled.

Stitch Evolution charges $2 per 1,000 stitches for orders over 10,000 stitches, with a minimum price of $15 and a maximum price of $100. We also offer discounts for certain bulk orders. Our vector art pricing ranges from $15 to $75, depending on the type and complexity of the artwork.
